Terms of service

You may use Overhead to manage infrastructure you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the policies you write.

Keep your credentials safe. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.

We will tell you 30 days before any change to these terms takes effect.

Privacy

Metadata about nodes, jobs, costs and policies, plus the contact details you give us. We do not collect model weights, datasets or prompts.

Audit data is kept for the retention period of your plan. Contact details are kept while you are a customer.

Ask for a copy or deletion of your data at privacy@overhead.example.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to attack, probe or overload systems you do not own, or to break the law in any country you operate in.
